About Sandpiper RV Resort
At Sandpiper RV Resort, we take pride in offering a boutique-style RV experience that blends upscale comfort with laid-back coastal charm. Nestled on the East End of Galveston Island, our resort was thoughtfully reimagined after Hurricane Ike and built on the legacy of the historic Sandpiper Motel.
We offer 43 beautifully landscaped full hookup RV sites, including beachfront and big rig options, along with 6 comfortable guest rooms designed to feel like a home away from home. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend escape or an extended stay, our amenities—like the infinity pool, social lounge, and high-speed internet—are here to elevate your experience.
Just minutes from Stewart Beach, The Strand, and Galveston’s top attractions, Sandpiper RV Resort is more than a place to park—it’s a place to connect, unwind, and make lasting memories by the sea.

We enjoyed staying here up on the east end of Galveston. A short drive to ‘The Strand’ and sightseeing. We found the food around exceptional and the architecture of Galveston worthy to see. The RV park was perfectly level, clean, and well maintained. The price match for walking to the beach and proximity makes sense. The Staff were both inviting and informative. We’d gladly stay again…. Safe, quiet, secure, and easy pull for RV’s with many long Vacation return Rv’ers we spoke with. Would easily gladly use them again.

Beautiful pool and hot tub! Their bathrooms and showers are nice and clean. This park is across from the beach and such a nice area.

One of the only RV parks on this end of the island. Right off Broadway and Seawall, you can walk to many places, right on the beach! Perfect for pets and families. We would for sure come back.
