Park Rules
RV Sites: Check-out by 11:00 AM | Check-in at 1:00 PM (Late fee: $10/hr)
Guest Rooms: Check-out by 12:00 PM | Check-in at 3:00 PM
A 3-night minimum stay is required for holidays and special events.
10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily
No loud music, noise, or disruptive activity
All visitors must leave by 10:00 PM
Max 2 vehicles + 1 RV per site
Parking decals must be displayed at all times
No parking on grass, empty sites, or roadways
Speed limit: 5 MPH throughout the resort
No generators or tents allowed
No driving or maintenance work on the grass
Vehicles and golf carts must remain on paved roads
Limit: 2 dogs per site (under 80 lbs each)
Restricted breeds: Pit Bull, American Staffordshire
Pets must be leashed (max 6 ft), quiet, and under control
Not allowed in pool area or any buildings
Pick up after your pet—$50 fine applies for violations
Pets are not permitted at other sites unless invited
Wristbands required in pool area
Hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult
No diving, running, or loud music
Proper swimwear required—no cutoffs or street clothing
No food, glass, or alcohol permitted in pool area
Infants must wear swim diapers
No smoking inside buildings
No public intoxication, offensive language, fireworks, or illegal substances
Disorderly conduct may result in immediate removal without refund
Children must be supervised at all times
Please be courteous to neighbors and staff
Keep your site clean and free of clutter
Trash must be bagged and placed in designated dumpsters
Sewer connections must be sealed and secure
No rugs or mats on grass
Grills must be on cement (not picnic tables or grass)
Washing vehicles or mechanical work is not permitted on-site

Improperly addressed mail may be lost or returned
Guests must be 21 or older to reserve a site
Primary renter must stay on-site each night of stay
All visitors must check in at the office and follow park rules
Facilities (restrooms, pool, etc.) are for registered guests only
No skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, or bikes used inside the resort (except for ingress/egress)
No commercial business activity
No tent camping
Contact info for emergencies or security is posted in the office area
Leave a voicemail and staff will return your call in the morning if not urgent
