Required

All camping vehicles must be fully self-contained. Your RV must have an interior toilet/shower and built-in holding tanks.

Reservations

Reservations by credit card guarantee your arrival and departure dates, as well as one of four types of sites we offer.

Site types:

Premium Sites:

- Premium Pull through - 75' X 18' (for RV's 31' or larger)

- Premium Back In - 65' X 20' (for RV's 31' or less)

Regular Pull Through Sites:

- Large Pull Through - 75' X 18' ( for RV's 31' or larger)

- Small Pull Through- 54' X 20' ( for RV's 31' or less)

Regular Back In:

- 65' X 20'

Back In Seawall:

- On average 90' X 16'

Site Assignment

For the Regular Pull Through, Regular Back In and Seawall Back In sites, the system will assign your site number on the day of your arrival.
Requests are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

By providing a credit card (required for reservation), you are authorizing the park to bill your credit card for the full amount of the reservation, including and costs accrued while at the property.
Cancellations made 1 week prior to arrival at NO CHARGE. Any cancellations made less than 1 week will be considered late and a 1 night stay will be automatically charged to your card on file.
Early departures for any reason are NOT ELIGIBLE for refunds. Requests for special refunds or credits must be made in writing providing full proof of emergency.
In the event of a hurricane evacuation or any other natural disaster or mandatory evacuation, only camping credit vouchers will be issued. NO refunds will be issued.

We Offer Discounts!

If you are a member of Triple A, AARP or Good Sams, you will receive a 10% discount if you mention you are a member of one of these clubs while you are booking your reservation. Holidays and special events ARE EXCLUDED.
