Terms and Conditions
A valid credit card with CVV is required at the time of reservation.
By providing your card, you authorize Sandpiper RV Resort to charge the full amount of your stay, including any fees or damages incurred during your visit.
Rates are subject to change without notice during holidays and special events.
RV Site Check-Out: 11:00 AM | Check-In: 1:00 PM (Late check-out penalty: $10/hour)
Room Check-Out: 12:00 PM | Check-In: 3:00 PM
A 3-night minimum stay is required during holidays and special events.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Excessive noise, public intoxication, offensive language, and illegal activity are strictly prohibited.
Non-compliance may result in immediate removal without refund.
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve.
The primary renter must be onsite each night of the reservation.
Each site is limited to one RV and two vehicles. Extra vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Parking decals must be visible at all times.
Parking on grass or vacant sites is not permitted.
Speed limit within the resort is 5 MPH at all times.
Up to 2 dogs per site (under 80 lbs). No Pit Bull or Staffordshire breeds.
All pets must be leashed, quiet, and under control at all times.
Pet waste must be picked up immediately or a $50 fine will apply.
Pets are not allowed in buildings or the pool area.
Wristbands are required in the pool area.
Pool hours are 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM. No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk.
Proper swimwear is required. No glass, food, diving, or loud music in the pool area.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival receive a full refund.
Late cancellations or changes made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable.
No refunds for early departures, no-shows, or weather events.
In the event of mandatory evacuation, unused camping credit vouchers may be issued.

Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property, including sewer connections, landscaping, and facilities.
Sandpiper RV Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Management reserves the right to remove guests who violate any policies, without refund.
No commercial business or solicitation may be conducted from any site without prior written approval.
Your signature or reservation confirms your agreement to abide by all park rules and terms outlined above. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.
